Standard Services (Basic Warranty)
In the standard condition, the unit will cover with one year warranty starting from the sign date of UAT (User Acceptance Test) or the installation date.
 
Partner Premier Services (Maintenance)
After warranty period is expired then customer will have an option for one year and three years maintenance. These two options can be take after the warranty is expired or while the system still under warranty. But this last option has to be order together with PO product.
 
 
Standard Services (Basic Warranty)
In the standard condition, the unit will cover with one year warranty starting from the sign date of UAT (User Acceptance Test) or the installation date. The benefits receive by customers with this status are: Replacement Unit and Office Hour Support
• Spare Part: when the problem happen and need hardware replacement then we will deliver a spesific spare part as a solution.
• Office Hour Support: during this period we will only support all customer with office hour from 08:30 – 17:30
 
Premium Services (Maintenance)
To continue services from PT Inov then after warranty is expired all customers has two option of maintenance which are Standard Plus Service and Premium Plus Service. With this option of maintenance the system installed will keep working properly by giving them monthly preventive maintenance. Further information regarding these option and benefits can be describe as follow:
• Standard Plus Services: Coverage from 08:30 – 17:30 on Monday to Saturday
• Premium Plus Services: 24 hour coverage on Saturday-Sunday and including public holiday
 
 
 THE ADVANTAGES
 
Preventive
There will be a regular visitation during maintenance period (once a month). With this visitation we can prevent any problem before it’s happen.
 
Corrective
When the problem happen then customer can call us for corrective maintenance. A response time of this situation is based on some category which are critical fault, non critical fault, dan minor fault.
 
Including spare part replacement
The maintenance is including spare part when the problem need a hardware replacement as a solution.
 
Back up unit
We will deliver a backup unit when engineer team or PT Inov workshop handle the unit problem for further investigation. This will minimize a down time on customer site.
 
Open Ticket Support Web Based
Report the problem and then monitoring the progress of their problem by Web until the problem is solved.
